WalkBuddy Gear
is a small, family owned business that is
passionate about dogs, dog walking in particular.
Besides being a mom to 3 kids and 4 dogs, for the
past 6 1/2 years I have operated a small dog
walking business in Omaha. My experiences as a dog
walker is what inspired this business. Our goal as
a company is to help others who are passionate
about their dogs, find high quality gear that will
make walking a better experience for both them and
their four legged friends. We have and use every
product we sell and stand behind the quality

Shipping
At
WalkBuddy Gear our shipping policy is as
follows:
On orders
0-25 = $5.50
26-50
= $6.00
51-75 = $7.00
76-99 = $8.00
100
and up = Free
All in-stock orders
will be shipped out either same day or next day
via priority mail, so you receive your dog walking
gear within 2 to 3 business days. All out of stock
items will take longer to receive (usually 7 to 10
business days) depending on the manufacturer.
Special requests may also take a week to 10 days.
If your item is out of stock you will receive an
email letting you know when you can expect your
order.
We ship Monday-Friday, holidays
excluded, and on Saturday mornings if order is
placed before 10am Central Standard Time. We
currently ship within the United States, no
international orders.
Please be sure to
write your complete shipping address as it is
recognized by the U.S. postal service. Do not use
abbreviations and make sure your credit card
information is current with your shipping address.
If by chance you enter an incorrect address while
processing your order we can not be responsible
for additional shipping fees. So please be
careful!
Payment
Information
Credit Cards or
PayPal
WalkBuddy Gear takes credit
cards via PayPal. Just select PayPal as your
payment method when you place your order. If
PayPal is used along with a PayPal autotransfer
from your checking account, WalkBuddy Gear will
then ship your order when the funds enter
WalkBuddy Gear's account. Credit card
payments are instant so credit card orders will
ship out quickly.
(You do not have to have a
PayPal account in order to pay with a credit
card.)
Check or Money
Orders
WalkBuddy Gear also
accepts checks and money orders. We will hold
orders for two weeks after the order has been
placed. Once the check is received and the funds
have been cleared, the order will be shipped.
Please make checks payable to WalkBuddy
Gear.
Returns and
Exchanges
WalkBuddy Gear will gladly
accept returns or exchanges if you are unhappy
with your merchandise. If you try the product and
decide that it is not what you want, please return
the item(s) in its original, good condition within
2 weeks for a full refund (minus shipping), or
exchange. Unfortunately, we can not refund
shipping costs (unless we make an error) nor can
we accept returns that arrive COD or postage due.
Items that have been damaged by the customer can
not be returned, it must be in good condition.

If for any reason you need to
cancel or change your order after it has been
placed, please contact us promptly. We do ship our
instock merchandise the same day or next day, so
please call us immediately so we can accomodate
any changes or cancellations. The customer will be
responsible for shipping costs on any order
cancelled after shipment.
